Can you if it’s not to much trouble explain that rule for me? I find it unbelievable, not that I’m saying you’re not correct, but a crazy rule that something materially relevant to how a piece of legislation was intended at enactment is inadmissible as evidence in a case about the operation it.

I have emailed the BSI for guidance as to the standard man and woman.
Hopefully they can help with this urgently so we can ensure we are compliant with the EHRC’s guidance.

As the EHRC is saying spaces should be accessed based “appearance and behavior” then I will expect the EHRC to define fully what is female and male behaviour and appearance.
I shall contact the British Standards Institute for guidance on what the standard man and woman looks and behaves like.

Maybe mandatory standards of appearance and behaviour training?
And for those that need help to adjust to this new British standard of femininity we can have special training centres.
