Ryan Lizza is telling us in excruciating detail how he dated a much younger woman who turned out to be deeply mentally disturbed, cheated on him and tanked his reporting, and that rather than get therapy or examine why he did that for a decade, he immediately began dating another much younger woman.

ICE agents in Queens, New York break down a bedroom door and point guns at a mother & her four US citizen children

They dragged the mother out by her hair while yelling at the kids to “put your hands up, stupid!”

This is tyranny

These kids are traumatized

It was warrantless and no ID was shown.

3. People who stop short of the military and diplomatic aspects - people who talk about taking in Ukrainian refugees but are uncomfortable with sending weapons - are objects of scorn, and rightfully so. Ukraine doesn't need your pity. It needs heavy weapons with which to defeat Russia.

Dang - how bad was the Border Patrol invasion in North Carolina?

None other than Thom Tillis himself is blasting DHS for gross overreach, and demanding lists of those detained, property damage caused by CBP agents, and their plan for restitution.

Look, I think the employment story is concerning but a tightly cropped look at unemployment levels isn't going to be my main point of evidence. In historical context the rate isn't that high, nor do I think the rate of change is particularly bad.

This is why we can't have nice things. Something is truly, deeply broken here.
I feel like you could write an entire book on urban infrastructure policy and liberal governance failures just using the example of Atlanta's Juniper Street complete street project.

All of this for a single mile of streetscaping.

Michigan needs to get out of this conference. Would be great to force a realignment to a rational system with 10 geographical divisions, a single tv contract, and a collective bargaining agreement with the players.
The current people in charge don't care about the future. They want the cash payout now and let the future care about the future. The most/maybe only important thing to MSU/NWern/Purdue/RU/Maryland is locking themselves into a share of M/OSU money.

Even the murderer, the guy who ordered the journalist to be executed and dismembered with a bone saw, looks a bit embarassed for our American president.
Trump suggests Khashoggi had it coming: "You're mentioning someone that was extremely controversial. A lot of people didn't like that gentleman that you're talking about. Whether you like him or didn't like him, things happen. But he knew nothing about it. You don't have to embarrass our guest."

BASH: We have seen these attacks from the president at other people. It's not new. And I haven't heard you speak out about it until it was directed at you.
