I am but a simple country physicist, certainly no master negotiator, but it was my understanding than when your opponent was looking bad and deeply unpopular and losing then at the very least you should extract some deep concessions from them before giving in to their demands

Real question: everyone’s premiums are going up even if they don’t qualify for ACA tax credits. If those tax credits are magically restored, I assume the rest of us are still stuck with higher premiums? I dont see insurance companies readjusting after the fact?
