As I already said earlier today, Canada is lovely.
I, for a year or two, visited Canada to get insulin because it was literally cheaper to:
1) fly to Canada
2) stay overnight in a hotel
3) buy 3 months worth of insulin
4) fly back
Than it was to get a single month of insulin here in the states.
