As a Kickstarter backer I've gotten 2 games out of backing which were great and make me consider myself well and truly compensated for my money, but I yearn to see the dream project that is Legend of Iya completed and would simply cherish the knowledge that he hasn't given it up if that's the case.

The obvious downside is that they're made for working in restaurants and stuff, non-stick soles and the whole lot, which means they're never terribly stylish to begin with.

I've had several 5-8 year runs out of Sketchers work shoes. They have (had? it's been a while since I last bought some) a line of shoes designed for service industry employees and they hold up. I've only ever ditched a pair because they looked beat, not because they were beat.

Well, after 2 and 3 bring what they were, and with the bad reception to Andromeda... I was just going to pass, but you've sold me. Next time it goes on sale, I'm going to check it out. I loved the original Mass Effect and I'd love more of that.

It's like none of these stooges ever played literally anything on a Wii. Why would you want to do something with the waggle of a Wiimote when you could do the same thing with the push of a button? Sure it's a fancy gimmick when you can waggle a sword but by the 4000th time you just want button=stab.

Right?! I was lead to believe I could have gotten insulin in Mexico for $5/vial, but Mexico hasn't got Poutine and I abhor hot climates. That and my spanish es muy malo.

...AND! I got to visit Canada which is delightful. I simply flew wherever was cheapest and got to see a fair amount of both Alberta and British Columbia which are vibrant and full of the best humanity has to offer.

Vials were ~$30 in Canada and unlike our insane system, any pharmacist can give a diabetic insulin without a prescription. I'd pay $270 for 9 vials, flights/hotel under $700 was pretty easy so, 66%+ savings.
