You only use the presumption if there's no evidence to support whether it's true or not!!!! You don't need to PRESUME good faith when there's evidence they did NOT act in good faith. Insane logic
Texas clearly did a racial gerrymander, which is illegal.

A district court found that Texas did a racial gerrymander, rejecting the new map because it is illegal.

But the Supreme Court reversed it.

Because? Must assume the gerrymanderers were acting in good faith (despite the evidence otherwise).

Columbia University is helping a government filled with literal Nazis to reward millions of dollars to Zionists who oppose free speech against genocide:
NEW: In dealing with the Trump admin, Columbia is paying a $21 million settlement to Jewish or Israeli staff for claims of harassment/discrimination.

Unclear if non-Zionist affiliates who have faced harassment can file a claim, though terms say Trump admin has "sole discretion."

I cannot imagine the level of moral bankruptcy to describe the actions of people whose boat has just been hit by a missile from nowhere (this was the FIRST such strike) and who were most likely making a desperate attempt not to drown in the ocean as trying to "stay in the fight."
Q: What did you see in the second strike?

Cotton: "I saw two survivors trying to flip a boat -- loaded with drugs, bound for the United States -- back over, so they could stay in the fight."

If Virginia, JMU, and UNLV lose, perhaps the world would rather see a 10-3 Kennesaw State than an 8-5 Duke. We had to play Indiana you know. Did Duke have to play Indiana
Just had a conclave w/ @jasonkirk.fyi and I'm ready to release the following probability: The Playoff chances of the 9-3 Kennesaw State Owls are lower than 1% but considerably higher than 0.0%

Wonder how folks involved in the boat strikes feel about a successor administration declaring presidential pardons invalid.
BREAKING: President Trump declared that all of former President Biden’s pardons are now “invalid.” There is no legal mechanism for presidents to revoke their predecessors’ pardons but if Trump is taken seriously, thousands could be thrown into legal chaos.

You should write a book about it
The president posted/reposted more than 100 times last night from 7:20 pm to midnight, attacking Democrats and immigrants, pushing conspiracy theories (including from Alex Jones), proudly sharing the video when he called a woman reporter “stupid,” and much more. Wild stuff.

This is extremely bad and worrisome for obvious reasons, but it's worth pointing out that this was obviously the student's goal

She knowingly wrote a garbage essay for her trans prof's class and when she obviously got a terrible grade stirred up a media storm

This was clearly the intended outcome

Amen to this. Time for establishment Dems to suck it up and start getting behind policies that win like universal healthcare, trans rights, free Palestine instead of continuing to hold out for racist or bigoted candidates that match their beliefs
There is an extraordinary sense of entitlement behind the belief that there ought to be political party that aligns 100% with your own opinions.
