Diehard Dem in Kentucky. "Democrats are the people who say ‘billionaires actually should pay their fair share.’"
Good old Moscow Mitch. Screwing Kentuckians right up to the bitter end.
5th generation Owen County hemp farmer Asa Phillips: "We got the opportunity to watch McConnell vote this thing down the other day & he don't have no idea what this does to our people in our rural communities and the farmers... it's not it's not affecting just a few people."
Hemp farmers and business holding a press conference outside of Mitch McConnell’s office in Louisville slamming him for slipping in language to the CR that they say will completely destroy their industry and livelihood.

And we knew this. This wasn't speculation. We studied it, we had the talking points. We trained volunteers to explain this to people. It's not a surprise. Rich people don't flee places with good quality of life when we increase the quality of life. They might try to cheat us, but they don't leave.
NEW: The first two years of Massachusetts' millionaire tax has raised $3 billion more than expected.

And rather than driving the rich away, IPS researchers found that the number of millionaires has *increased.*

Whoa! Immigrants come here with nothing and the next thing you know they’re buying houses that established citizens cannot afford? Those enterprising newcomers sound like just the sort of folks we need. Never mind that JD’s premise is as BS as his 30M number.
JD Vance: "A lot of young people are saying housing is way too expensive. Why is that? Because we flooded the country with 30 million illegal immigrants who were taking houses that ought by right go to American citizens."

Execution without trial. And this smarmy Newsmax guy says it's "pure." Pure what? Pure murder?
It’s murder on the high seas.
Newsmax's Greg Kelly on US strikes on alleged drug boats: “It's totally legal. It's pure, it's good. And it has nothing to do with transgender.”

Definitely bookmark for the day she's pardoned. 🤮
This is the sort of person our so-called "president" hung out with.

Never has there been "trash" as putrefactive as he.
This is a clip of her friend describing the conversation.

"Pete, can you show us on the doll where the fat lady in Indiana hurt you?"

House Dems should refuse to show up to give Mike Johnson a quorum until he gavels them into session, swears in Rep Grijalva, she signs the petition to get Epstein files released. Do that business firstFIRST. If he renegs, which of course he will, all the Dems leave and deny him a quorum for the CR.

Crazy idea: Why not, rather than spending $5 TRILLION dollars to pay for data centers to create fake brains, just pay actual human beings with real brains that same $5 trillion?
"Investors have been selling off the debt of US tech heavyweights, showing how jitters over Silicon Valley’s boom in spending on artificial intelligence have spilled into the bond market."

We DO really care, don't you? @senatedems25.bsky.social
Listening to these 8 Dem Senators explain their vote convinces me that they are either idiots or liars. Either is plausible.

We have been marching, protesting, taking REAL risks. Thanks for betraying us, @senatedemocrats.bsky.social
Agree.

Sen Hassan, asked what will happen if Republicans don't carry out the deal, "Well, shame on them."

This is not what people were mobilizing for on Oct 18.

Come on, Dems! Be THIS GUY!
Unacceptable. There are 189,000 people in my district who will be paying 50–300% more for the same, and in many cases worse, healthcare.

I won’t do that to the people I represent. I’m a NO on this “deal.”
November 9, 2025 at 9:56 PM
Do Not Cave! Trump will claim victory and we'll have wasted all this effort. RESIST. I am dialing like a madwoman all the Senate Dem Leadership and leaving voicemails. KEEP TRYING.
Amid the talk about Dems "caving," we can also imagine senators hearing from anguished SNAP recipients who can't feed their kids, fed'l employees who can't pay their rent, and constituents who can't go home for T'giving, and figuring, we'll fight this battle another day www.axios.com/2025/11/09/s...

The corruption is rampant and in plain sight.

Mailing out pitiful checks got one of the Bushes reelected. It's such a pathetic way to pander for votes. Even if it could happen, it shouldn't.
Literally no other person in politics gets their brain farts framed as if they can just be materialized out of thin air the way political news media does for Trump. Endless credulity from the press bc they like him & want him to win.
“.. I haven’t spoken to the president about this yet,” he said. 🤡
