The first strike was also murder. You can’t just up and kill civilians on the high seas and then claim you were at war with them.
Reporter: If there were a second strike that killed wounded people, would that be legal?

Trump: I don’t know that happened and Pete said he did not even know what people were talking about. I wouldn’t have wanted a second strike. The first strike was very lethal. It was fine.

Kolvet was/is the executive producer of The Charlie Kirk Show & is a TPUSA spokesperson. He also apparently delights in spreading obvious lies that result in math teachers being barraged with MAGA death threats. Totally the sort of organization universities should cater to. bsky.app/profile/jare...
Absolutely disgusting response from Turning Point USA's spokesperson here, who targeted some random teachers and rained hell on their lives because he couldn't fathom not trying to squeeze some more engagement bait out of his dead boss.

Senator Kelly is correct.

Plus a Public Service Announcement:

KEY section of Department of Defense's Law of War Manual is 18.3.2.1.

The VERY rule on the "requirement" to refuse illegal orders gives as its paradigmatic example of what is "clearly illegal:
"orders to fire upon the shipwrecked."

The thing about the #TN07 special election is that even if the Republicans do hold onto the seat, after expending a lot of effort to do so, it’s not going to be a win.

Like, you pulled in the President, Vice President and Speaker to help you keep a seat you’ve held for 42 years. Congrats?

On the r-word.
Walz on Trump calling him the r-word: "We all know both as an educator & parent that using that term is just so damaging. It's hurtful. We have fought 3 decades to get this out of our schools. Kids know better. But this is what Donald Trump has done. He's normalized this type of hateful behavior."

This graph is tells how twisted opinions and topics on Fox News and Breitbart gave Trump a psychological advantage in 2024. As we recently learned, an army of trolls in Russia and other countries helped drive the psyops. Look at the weight given to the issue of Biden's age. Their lies worked.
