Jacking up costs, surging unemployment, terrorizing communities, and millions spent gold-plating the Oval Office.

Trump's year of historic accomplishments indeed.

We're building on California's production legacy and ensuring the entire state benefits.

The Trump Administration is unlawfully withholding funds from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law — investments Congress APPROVED to build America's EV charging network, reduce pollution, and create good-paying jobs.

We won't stand for it, and we will be taking this to court.
Together with @governor.ca.gov, Caltrans and the California Energy Commission, we’re suing the Trump Admin for unlawfully suspending two electric vehicle charging infrastructure grant programs that would reduce pollution, expand access to clean vehicles, and create thousands of green jobs.

California stands with our nurses, doctors, scientists, and patients.

While Trump takes a wrecking ball to the advancement of our public health, we’re modernizing resources and building trust on evidence-based, science-backed decision-making to create better health outcomes.

California is leading the nation in fusion energy research and development.

Attracting investments in this emerging clean energy source helps achieve our climate goals, generates $1.4B+ for our economy per year, and puts us at the forefront of another industry of the future.

The news of violence today comes on the heels of the horrific attack at Brown University, a college campus where young people should have the sanctuary to learn.

Watching violence ravage our students, our families, and our faith communities again and again leaves me, and so many, feeling helpless.

Hanukkah celebrates finding perseverance, strength, and light in the darkest moments.

Now more than ever, it’s on all of us to carry that light forward for the good of everyone.

Happy first night of Hanukkah, California! 🕎

During an evening celebration, Jewish families in Australia were horrifically gunned down in a vile act of terror.

California’s heart is with Australia as we stand with the Jewish community worldwide against a rising tide of antisemitic violence and hate.

Antisemitism has no place in our world.

Jennifer and I send our deepest condolences to the Brown University community.

Gun violence has no place in this country. These acts of violence are vile and devastating. We pray for the safety of everyone affected.

Another day, another symbol of national pride warped into a vanity project.

California's world-class state parks — the largest state system in America — will always remain accessible and unafraid to tell the truth about our history.
The Donald Trump administration has removed Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Juneteenth from the list of free entry days at national parks.

They will be replaced with Donald Trump’s birthday.

Deeply moved by the resilient spirit of Los Angeles, from Altadena to the Palisades, as families who lost everything keep pushing forward.

Grateful to Foothill Catalog and Habitat for Humanity for helping survivors rebuild. So much more to do, and we won't stop until the job is done.
