For millions of us, this was the first time we ever saw Rob Reiner. …When he became “Meathead” on “All in the Family.”

He was brilliant from Day One.

I’ll never forget his warmth and unpretentiousness. Rob Reiner was the proverbial mensch. May he and his wife rest in peace. His memory will always be a blessing to me from that one small interaction we had. I’m sure he touched people’s lives like this everywhere he went. We’ll miss him.

When your “exclusive” lasts all of 7 hours, because you publicly named a guy who was never charged with a crime, and who now is being hounded by trolls, and will have this show up in internet searches for the rest of his life.

Over 7.5 million women in the U.S. have used mifepristone for medication abortion since its 2000 FDA approval.
It's 4x safer than penicillin and ten times safer than Viagra.

Brennan eventually acknowledges that gynecologists and obstetricians have determined mifepristone is safe — but then demands again to know why the government isn’t launching a study to crack down on its usage.

We are watching a storied news organization deteriorate steadily, day after day.
really weird -- Margaret Brennen presses Bill Cassidy on why the White House isn't doing more to crack down on mifepristone and what he's doing to encourage them to do it

This was the Chabad Chanukah party just before the massacre.

Look at how many children were there.

Entire families were enjoying sufganiot, eating, dancing, and celebrating together.

And they were murdered for celebrating Chanukah. For being Jewish.

To the gun lobbyists who will inevitably claim the Bondi shootings show that Australia’s strict firearms laws are ineffective:

In 2023, the US had 4.42 gun homicides per 100,000 people.

Australia had 0.09 gun homicides per 100,000.
