This is the big thing for me. Like, look. I’ve got OCD and proooobably sub-clinical but significant paranoia; I understand the terror. But I already made it all the way to 40 on sheer spite and fumes. Knowing that you can survive is itself a skill, and a hard-earned one for so many of us.
Not to tap the sign again, but major trans accounts have a responsibility to be factual, pragmatic, and even-handed about these things. Despair is the weapon of the enemy, and trans community leaders need to stop fostering it.

We must not allow them to artificially narrow the focus with Epstein connections. The wider point is that people socialised with him, greased him, helped him, turned a blind eye, knowing what he did & not caring; for money, influence, and connections. Having worked at MIT, I can say it's very high on the list of schools where a student would be likely to snap and gun down their professor.
Initially I thought 'Rich guy, burglary gone wrong' then I read the part where he was shot in the lobby of his building. Whoever did this did it to kill him as the motive, not as an unforeseen outcome. Who wants to kill a scientist?
