I LOVE when commissioners give me little doodles and stickfigures to illustrate their ideas!! When combined to the descriptions and other pointers, it often helps me understand what really is on their mind, even if they think the drawing is too simplistic and doesn't help much.

Speaking as someone who was responsible for hiring actors in 3 big AAA video games, VO is one of the cheapest assets in the game. Gargantuan bang for buck. I think we spent as much on a single character model as we did on all the VO for the whole game.

It's when, instead of confronting you when you are perceived to have misbehaved or done something wrong, it is simply "saved for later" so it can all be dumped on you at once.

One reason video games need to reject AI is the risk of losing the joy of human touch in small art details. My favorite example is the fake video games from the Toy Story level in Kingdom Hearts 3, designed by real video game artists. You can tell they had fun making these.

Instead of searching books/Google you generate an example. I think the misunderstanding is that people think
