obviously the reason no one ever mentions how the Sheikah tech disintegrated post-BotW is because Zelda forbade bringing it up around Link, who is still really sensitive about faceplanting into Hyrule field at 70 mph when his cool motorcycle turned into dust while he was riding it

one thing I do find really annoying about the way Ancient Hyrule in TotK/AoI is treated is that it ALSO does this
