I feel that hating these characters is a red flag.

Not saying that you have to like any of them or can't criticize them, but let's be honest, so much of the hate for these characters is based on misogyny as you know that white male characters like them never get criticized as much as them.

Absolute travesty. Sure the designs are complicated and the artwork looks "rich" but there's lots of inconsistencies in the characters.

確かに画力が高く見える割にはデザインがチグハグなんだよな…誘導する警察らしき人物の指が4本になってたりするし、描いたり印刷するには小さいから一部パーツを省略するのは分かるがアップされてチョーカー消えてるのは意味分からん。色や家具の配置も定まってないみたいだし。
3Dモデル使うのは別に構わんがせめてソファに座ってるのか爪先立ちしてるのか分かるようにしてくれ…背景に人物を貼っつけたようにしか視えない。

After publishing this article, I've heard from many that CR seems to be using AI to produce dub CCs. Now, thanks to a slip-up CR had with episode 6 dub of The Banished Court Magician, we can say that with 100% certainty: Crunchyroll is using the AI service Ollang.com for its dub closed captions!
