Power supply is important. Get the right level for the stuff you put in. SSDs do consume power.

Quick tips.

SSD for a boot drive is a must these days but be careful with lifespan. Higher storage tends to have lower life especially if frequently write. So generally a 2nd drive is good
Pay attention to motherboard for cables and ports. I think I heard Asus has bad rep now.

Helping learn how to code certain things though is valid imo because some official docs, error messages, and tutorials are really bad.
