Working tomorrow so I won't be able to play as much Pokemon as I'd like but thankfully I transferred all my shiny pokemon that can Mega Evo (THAT WE KNOW OF FROM XY/ORAS) from Scarlet into Home so I have that ready to go for the update later down the line

I understand needing to reset all of the stuff to have some sort of progression since the SDU upgrades are all gained by doing the open world activities but there had to have been a better way since people just wanna farm gear and do builds for wildcard missions and UVHM5 stuff

There is functionally 0 reason to start a level 30 character other than maybe knocking out the UVHM challenges to get to UVHM5 because you have about as much unlocked as a level 30 character with the campaign finished as you do a level 1 fresh save character

Maybe this was also a side effect of the shift to an open world but when you select a Start New Level 30 Character option you get
-no backpack SDUs
-no bank SDUs so you can't get stuff you stored as other characters
-no fast travel stations unlocked
-entire map is covered by the fog again

I've always really appreciated that Borderlands games gave you an option to start a new character at a higher level if not capped level to make you jump right into the gameplay but BL4's implementation of it is quite bad oh my god??

I think it's less the quality and more like they haven't rly had a real dissidia 3 and the last main game was a weird sequel/revision on psp in 2011 with the only other games being an Arcade game, a console port of said arcade game, and two gachas
