Kinda sorta but no. Her album “I’m Breathless” was mostly music from or inspired by the movie (her character was Breathless Mahoney) but it also had the unrelated song “Vogue”.

So it sounds like we're saying Netanyahu would have been happy with genocide in Gaza happening, but we don't have proof that it was his goal?

Given that, I'm not inclined to argue with folks who call it a genocide. Netanyahu went out of his way to get them to use the word.

I was a bit glib in saying crypto's only function is as a factory for making speculative bubbles, you're quite right, it has a number of functions (crime, and also the speculative bubbles thing)

The thing is if you’re investing in something like “bender’s shiny metal dick coin”, literally the only value proposition there is “maybe tomorrow there will be an even bigger schmuck than me and he will buy it from me at a higher price”

I still think it’s fair to say that members of Netanyahu‘s government were in favor of genocide, and Netanyahu chose to keep them on board by positioning himself as, at the very least, “genocide-curious”.
