I’ve only worked one place that still did holiday parties and they were relatively sedate, all the ones that didn’t do them anymore, the story started like ⬇️
The work party gave out free champagne on arrival and then gave us all SIX drink tickets which could be used on anything including cocktails and some of my coworkers still did a pre drink. I gave 5 of my tickets away because I don’t need my coworkers to see professor karen do the splits
