A mom in Houston reported her 15-year-old son with autism missing. She spent 6 days terrified, searching for him. The whole time, Houston police knew exactly where he was since they helped ICE place him in a refugee facility.

This is beyond cruel.

There's a REASON a lot of us who grew up on farms and in rural communities bolted for the city as soon as we could (at 17 for me) and never looked back. 7 siblings on my father's farming family side, 2 men and 5 women, and all of the women left for the city ASAP.
