I was trying to give them a chance to respond, but it's been 15 hrs and nothing so: LA WorldCon is using genAI "art" on their website and promo materials. Given everything that went down last year (and with SWFA recently), it's pretty disheartening to see this.

But what about what he did demand: negotiations over the U.S. "acquiring" Greenland, which Europe/world **cannot** enter into because it implies it's for sale. The only thing that's negotiable is U.S. military access. So there is NO diplomatic track to "get" Greenland.
I think deterrence... worked. Europe's response was actually strong. They sent forces to Denmark, they threatened to retaliate with tariffs, they talked about selling US debt, they made markets nervous and it looked like Trump TACO'd... for now.

Kpop:Demon Hunters never used AI either. All those characters, costumes, buildings to small props and graphic design were all made by ppl with a story that’s told by real ppl.
they didn't need AI to make Silksong, it just needed some deeply insane guys to have a blank check for living expenses until their next thing was done, I think we should try doing more of that instead
