So you're telling me your app is not capable of handling large projects and it becomes the onus of the person using it to make the project smaller and shut down their machine all the time instead of figuring out what is causing it and providing a solution and/or patching it out.

Perhaps it is account switching doing it? I've found many strange things happen from printers and scanners to other things due to account switching.

No. Instead the support staff says I need to not work on such a big project inside the app and shut down my computer once a week.

Soooo helpful.
