When you don’t know something about a people, you don’t have to therefore choose to believe the worst about them.

That’s such a basic concept yet it’s amazing how many people need to hear and contemplate it.

Anyway if we could get those prayers, charms, wards, and assorted positive wishes going again I would be very grateful.
Mum hospital update: she looks exactly as battered as you would expect for someone who had half their scalp peeled off only five days ago, that’s to say absolutely dreadful, and has had to go back into ICU this evening because part of her lung has collapsed, but is generally in pretty good spirits!

As predicted, the MAGAs are now trying to blame a baby for being flash banged
The 6-month-old that DHS is tweeting about here lived in the neighborhood and the baby’s father was just trying to evacuate his family after federal agents had shot someone.

I’m not worried either but I think it’s important to trash that man every day so he doesn’t even file for ’28. Don’t want to deal with it.

a thing we all told everyone and have repeatedly begged for our politicians to fix.
It's not good, to put it mildly, that the outcomes of employment tribunals involving trans people now entirely come down to the ideological leanings of the judge involved. There is no clear law underpinning this at all. Everyone is improvising.
