Did people really memorize phone numbers before cell phones, or is that just a movie thing?

I was watching some old shows from the 90s and noticed people would just dial numbers from memory - like they'd call their friends or family without looking anything up.
Made me wonder if that was actually normal back then? Did people genuinely have all their important numbers memorized, or did most folks keep a little address book or written list nearby?

Pueblo unido should split the city map and build out each players map as a form of player progression

When doing something cool add a die to the threat pool then roll 2dX. If less than threat pool size then deploy the threat pool and up the danger level. Each die that lands on the failure level is a snag regardless of roll total.

I remember writing an authentication server in college and I made the entry message "congrats on logging in". Not saying it's necessarily this but sometimes a congrats message is just a random person building a site and being happy you were successfully taken through thr procedure

We've fallen to about .74%.

I'd love it if you emailed your Councilor *and* the City Manager to ask that the library budget be bumped up.

Staffing. Programs. Collections. New tech. We can do more with more.
