If you've got EDS, go get one. It's unreal. Swear orthotics and physical therapy have been the most useful things I've done in the last 45 years....surreal.

Ok, I can not tell you how much different this sacroiliac support from my orthotics has made to my #EDS. It's like my hips and legs function again ....bloody incredible.

The NHS has already done a report on adhd (and doing one on autism) and said quite rightly it's not over-diagnosis.

As a 'not anonymous' teacher.
Few things:

1. Yeah, I get wealthy parents with more time can nagivate it better.
2. That doesn't mean they don't need the help at all.
3. Being 'fine in school' to teachers' perspective isn’t being fine entirely. Ask anyone autistic.

As a teacher, I always try to be neutral, but that's getting quite tricky to do tbh... swear if I ever did protest, I think everyone would be like ...'Finally Caroline'. I do my part in policy instead, so with less placards!

Btw my parents are boomers, pro human rights, pro disability rights, vegan, pro lgbtq+, anti racism and raising funds for refugees. I'm very proud, tbh. But damn that energy makes me feel tired 🤣
