A mark of greatness in my profession (acting, not shitposting) is an effortless quality. One of the reasons Diane Keaton doesn’t get the same roses as, say Meryl Streep or Glenn Close, is she made it look so easy. It definitely was not. One of the greats.

I’m not Phillip Bump’s mom, but today I am the embodiment of EVERY mom who drooled over Robert Redford. I saw his early movies with Natalie Wood, the movie adaptation of Barefoot in the Park, and THEN, the breakout movie, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Goner, right from the start.
Probably like many people my age, my earliest familiarity with Robert Redford is that he was the guy my mom would drool over.
