I think a lot of people don’t even notice how many people are simply “missing” from their public spaces and unfortunately prefer it that way. COVID really made me see that in my own life and I don’t want to go back to those folks being invisible in my world

We can agree that harm reduction is the best approach, and that the war on drugs and biased portrayals of substance addiction only cause more problems and makes it harder for people to seek help; then, if porn addiction is real, shouldn't we have the same approach?

My hot take is that even if porn addiction were real, I fail to see how stigmatization and using it as an insult is a good thing.
If it is a real problem, shouldn't it be treated with the same respect and seriousness as other addictions then?
