“Eurovision isn’t political”

Russia was banned over Ukraine, yet Israel commits genocide & gets a free pass. Music has always been political: artists have been censored, exiled, jailed, even killed for their songs. Pretending Eurovision floats above all that is pure denial.

#BoycottEurovision
So, they'll be letting Russia compete in 2026 then?

Eurovision supports genocide - boycott it

Eurovision head: members "have had a full opportunity to debate it.. as we can see from the emphatic result.. Eurovision shouldn't be used as a political theatre"

erm, organisers prevented a vote on excluding Israel. Including a genocidal apartheid regime is a political choice

This is so good and I highly recommend the read. Our world right now is manufacturing so much fear, chaos and hate. This article is really good food for the soul and a wonderful but gentle reminder that peace resides inside of us, even in the midst of raging storms.

You remember that guy that used to show up to teenager keg parties but he was in his mid 20s still wearing his football letterman jacket? This is exactly like that.
This timeline, I swear.

God I hate Chase Bank! The BS I have to go through to release mom's funds to her estate is unreal despite me having Superior Court papers, Death Certificate and other things. They won't release them to me until I PROVE that I have an estate account. But you can't open the estate account without $

Democracy cannot survive this wealth gap. America is converting to an oligarchy. We don’t vote. The rich decide what we need.
The wealth of the top 1% reaches a record $52 trillion
All wealth groups saw gains over the past year, according to recent Fed data. But the growth has been fastest for those at the very top.

870 out of 1201 (72%) surveyed Americans support ramping down harmful/unnecessary production/consumption, taxing the rich, universal basic services and guaranteed jobs, democratizing business, and ending exploitation of disadvantaged countries. As long as nobody gave a name to those policies!
I'm excited to announce this new study, published in The Lancet Planetary Health, which explores public support for degrowth and ecosocialist transformation. The findings are quite surprising.

I’d like to talk about sundowning behaviors like my dad exhibited with Alzheimer’s. This mimics what we witnessed with behaviors before his decline got super bad and had to be placed in a locked down ward for his own safety.

It’s so weird sitting in a bar when you don’t drink but I had 1/2 hour I needed to kill and the bowling alley lounge was the only place I could go sit. The atmosphere felt alien to me.

While dealing with my mom's estate and finishing the phone call "Have a great holiday!" they say... Ummm... I did just call you to inform you that my mother just died, right? I don't think this Christmas is going to be a celebration but thanks. I don't tell them that, but I'm thinking uhhh...

I had to look up why someone (like Trump) would need weekly MRI tests. Here are the results.

Reasons for Weekly MRI Tests
Medical Conditions

Neurological Disorders: Conditions like multiple sclerosis or traumatic brain injuries may necessitate frequent imaging to assess changes in the brain. +++

As I sit and drink my morning cuppa, I was thinking about how grateful I am over the fact that there was a really good sale on coffee in the beginning of his term where I got not great coffee but OK (Yuban) coffee for $8 per 3 lb container. Coffee has doubled in price since Trump came into office.

I was just thinking about all that is going on in the world...
We are eternal being who manifest reality. Controllers have known this for 1000's of years. To exploit and dis-empower us, they have created layer upon layer of false rules of reality. (continued)

I’m STILL eating down the fridge over the last month, and I’m so thankful for all my Asian “Aunties”that I grew up watching them make a feast from basically nothing and leftover veggies. None of them rich, but they could feed an army on pennies. This is made from veggie odds & ends. 🍜🍽️
