I much prefer the park near me that is mostly just hiking trails though the natural forest. You see lots of wildlife and it’s so serene to walk there. The trails are maintained to keep them walkable but that’s it. It’s the way nature intended it to be.

So basically, if the only bank someone has is Chase when they die, they will FORCE you to open the estate account with them and not another bank. Thank God she had the Credit Union so I am not FORCED to bank with Chase. That is really slimy and I don't know how that is even legal.

I spoke to the Credit Union where she has another account. They will release those funds so I can open an estate account with the IRS EIN number for her estate and the check from them. THEN I can go to Chase and get her money but until I PROVE I have an estate account opened already.
