the ancient incan food lab fascinates me! they couldn't grow most traditional crops in their environment, so they established literal food science labs to figure out how to grow nutrient and calorie dense foods that would grow there.

and then they developed the potato! and several other staple food

#science #physics There is evidence of perpetual motion in nature. Take an egg out, place it on your counter, then turn away for even the shortest of moments. That prankish thing will have waddled over and fallen on your floor in what seems an instant. Like any science: this is re-produclible.

Not in the framing of science specifically, but I definitely have observed the irony that a certain sort of atheist implicitly agrees with the fundamentalist that the fundamentalist's theology is the legitimate representative of Christian thought
