It's when someone wants to apologize for screwing you over, but also gloat about it.

My family may not really understand how I experience writing, but they are very supportive when it comes to how I feel about sales.
If I had to choose only one of those for them to understand, that would probably be it. It takes a lot of pressure off of me.
