It's so regulating, and the music and movement bring me so much joy.
Then I do some elevated push ups, because I want to get stronger.
Then I make my offline actions list, and do something to help.
Read familiar books. Listen to the same albums over and over. Watch old favourite films. Knit or crochet.
You need your nervous system to heal and repetitive actions help.
