I’m going to have mixed feelings when a16z hires this guy.
But if your best friend is American and emigrated to Melbourne (which I love) but after years moved to Sydney for the weather, it is at least ironic.
The fact that Sydney just had its wettest August in 27 years, and we are barely halfway through the month (which is supposed to be dry) should deeply unsettle you:

This is great because I hope never to purchase an automobile ever again. I certainly won't take this crap sandwich and I hope few other people do as well. But know now the ability to do this is baked into many new devices. Don't buy something you don't actually own.
