In his statement, President Star Comes Out refers to the Dakota 38+2 - the largest mass execution in U.S. history, a mass hanging of Dakota ‘convicted’ & sentenced to death in military sham trials. President Lincoln composed the list of 38 himself; 2 unconvicted men were also executed by mistake.
