Only thing close is Jeezy and that’s a different kind of snow.
One of the things you’ve gotta say about Frosty is that they nailed that name. No one has come up with a better name in 70 years. They could have called him Trevor or something.

“Affordability” can be a banner under which Dems push an agenda of bold policies that connect with people like Zohran and Sherrill did. My worry is party leaders have embraced the term so quickly because it will allow them to do the same blah they usually put under the label “kitchen table” issues.
MAKE AMERICA AFFORDABLE AGAIN

Sen Schumer (D-NY) & House Rep Jeffries (D-NY) are working to develop a strategy on affordability to will run through every part of their effort to amplify & draw a sharp contrast between their economic plans & Trump's record.

I know it's not the most serious thing in the world, but it is bad that people can’t even find entertainment, community, and social connection the way they’d like without having to deal with this.
insane local news just dropped. i've lived in a part of KC for ~decade and it's been an inside joke with friends and service workers that the local biz/party district is ran by a cartel of biz owners who bully out new ventures and replace them with generic dive bars for white suburbanites.

Well UH

It existed in 2019-20. But we now have a fully-developed infrastructure of podcasts, think tanks, and news outlets that will be telling Dem voters they either support someone like Shapiro or they must not care about fascism. But other candidates, ideas, and election strategies will emerge.
Can someone tell these guys (these politicians and the pundits who boost them) that it is not November 2024 anymore? Abigail Spanberger, Mikie Sherrill, Zohran Mandani, and Aftyn Behn all likely won some Trump voters/2024 skippers. Update the talking points! 2028 is not only for white guys.
Josh Shapiro believes he is uniquely suited to win over Trump voters—but he’ll need to overcome distrust among some in his own party first, Tim Alberta reports: theatln.tc/mR9AHSG4

worth saying that some portion of the freed slaves were themselves illegal aliens having been brought illegally into the united states by smugglers. if the birthright clause applies to them, it applies to undocumented immigrants
Here is the question presented. It's a relatively clean vehicle for the Supreme Court to finally decide whether it is lawful for the president to deny birthright citizenship to the children of immigrants. www.supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/25...
