We say Amtrak and the post office "lose money" but we never say highways, the court system, the Pentagon, etc lose money

The USPS posting a NINE BILLION DOLLAR LOSS!!! sounds terrible. Certainly worse than if you said "USPS costs thirty dollars per person per year" even though that means the same thing and more accurately describes a government service

I haven't seen much follow-up on this from CBS News a few days ago: "The bunker under the East Wing will also be upgraded, sources told CBS News." I'm thinking this is could have been the real reason for the demolition. The dictator needs a more comfortable bunker for when things go south.
