Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock
@warnock.senate.gov
United States Senator for Georgia. Pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church.
Today we celebrate the birthday of Georgia's greatest son, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

As we honor his legacy, we must continue the fight for the just & peaceful future he dreamed of.

I am reminded today that while the arc of the moral universe is long, it bends toward justice.

The first numbers are in.

Over 1 million fewer people have signed up for insurance on the ACA than at this time last year. This is Trump's premium hikes at work.

In the wealthiest nation on earth, millions are being forced to go without health care.

It's a moral tragedy.
January 13, 2026 at 10:42 PM
The President is playing with fire.

By attacking the independence of the Federal Reserve, he is risking even higher inflation and economic chaos.

I will do everything in my power to block Trump's nominees to the Fed until he stops playing political games with our economy.
January 12, 2026 at 5:11 PM
This admin wants us to believe we can’t afford to fund health care.

Here’s the truth: We can afford it.

They just don’t want to. They don’t care if working people lose their coverage.
January 12, 2026 at 4:21 PM
We need to have a serious conversation about our priorities as a country.

We’re spending resources on private jets for cabinet secretaries while there are Americans who can’t afford to put food on the table.

That’s seriously backward and morally wrong.
January 11, 2026 at 10:16 PM
Weeks after cutting your health care, the President is now proposing a $500 billion increase in spending for war.

We don’t suffer from a poverty of resources in this country.

We suffer from a lack of moral imagination.
January 11, 2026 at 4:18 PM
Here’s the unspoken truth: While we’re busy fighting each other, this administration is working overtime to funnel wealth from the bottom to the top.

That’s the whole game.
January 10, 2026 at 9:12 PM
We need to talk about this.

Sec Kennedy took action this week to make it harder for children to get vaccinated for the flu.

I think that’s completely insane and unacceptable.
January 10, 2026 at 4:11 PM
We’re only 9 days into 2026 and this admin has already:

-Made vaccines harder to get
-Fired even more disaster responders
-Doubled health premiums for millions

How is any of this making your life better?
January 9, 2026 at 10:07 PM
ICE has become an unchecked, paramilitary force. It's past time for some accountability.

Sending masked federal agents into our neighborhoods like this does not make us safer. It only risks more tragic events like we saw in Minnesota yesterday.

We cannot go on like this.
January 8, 2026 at 9:30 PM
Apparently the Dept. of Homeland Security has plenty of money to buy a new jet for Sec. Kristi Noem, but no money to rescue Americans from hurricanes?
January 6, 2026 at 9:30 PM
Ask yourself who benefits from all this hate and division?

While we’re busy arguing with our neighbors, those in power are busy moving wealth from the bottom to the top.
January 6, 2026 at 8:07 PM
Reckless & dangerous.

Sec. Kennedy is now requiring parents who want to vaccinate their kids against the flu to go to the doctor before they can get a shot.

Children are dying from the flu. Making vaccines harder to get will cost lives.
January 5, 2026 at 10:39 PM
As if Measles coming back wasn't bad enough, Sec. Kennedy now wants to put our children at risk of contracting Meningitis by removing it from the childhood vaccine schedule.

He needs to be fired immediately.

Socialism for the rich.

Handouts for billionaires, health care cuts for you.
January 5, 2026 at 8:51 PM
If you’re looking for waste, fraud, and abuse, take a look at the massive tax cuts this administration gave to their billionaire friends.
January 5, 2026 at 6:30 PM
No more forever wars. No more regime change.

Enough is enough.
January 4, 2026 at 1:00 AM
The sheer audacity to claim this is about drugs just weeks after pardoning one of the largest narcotics traffickers in the world.

Does this President think the American people will fall for this?
January 4, 2026 at 12:00 AM
This President promised Georgians no more forever wars.

This is a slap in the face to the hardworking people who voted for him on the promise of peace.

It’s a betrayal and I won’t stand for it.
January 3, 2026 at 11:44 PM
Americans are sick and tired of endless war, regime change, and failed attempts to “run” foreign nations.

I am demanding answers & accountability.
January 3, 2026 at 7:50 PM
They took food away from hungry people in order to give more money to billionaires.

Robinhood in reverse.
January 3, 2026 at 6:28 PM
I don’t think our children should be burdened with debt because Republicans in DC decided to give billionaires another tax cut.
January 2, 2026 at 8:52 PM
Happy New Year! As we reflect on 2025, let us remember the many ways we showed up for one another. It was a difficult year, but I’ve been heartened by the compassion and resilience we’ve shared as Americans and as Georgians. May this New Year bring you peace and blessings.
January 1, 2026 at 3:05 PM
They took health care away from millions of Americans and called it waste, fraud, and abuse.

What are you saying about those Americans?
December 30, 2025 at 6:03 PM
One year since we lost President Jimmy Carter. He was one of my heroes, a living example of faith come alive through the noble work of public service. His life’s project was human dignity, and his legacy will long outlive us all.
