'Bananas.' (1956) Throughout his career Lucian Freud was fascinated with plants and approached the painting of them without smothering them with symbolic meaning much the same as his mentor Cedric Morris, himself an evocative and unsentimental flower painter.

It's important to remember that most cop shows are "copaganda" and give a very inaccurate picture of what police are like. For example, almost no real police departments have a neurodivergent civilian consultant who helps them solve puzzle murderers.
