If you actually work in the journalism industry, then you'll know this shit isn't "a distraction." Stop calling it that. It's a warning shot. Take it seriously now or else you're going to wind up losing access to critical information. Journos might eventually get killed because you shrugged it off.
Seeing some replies about how the arrests of Don Lemon and Georgia Fort are distractions, but targeting journalists is straight out of the fascism playbook. It's not to distract from other issues -- the regime wants to chill critical coverage because they know they're unpopular.
