I've seen indie studios already try this! And there was that awful NFT animation project a few years ago where if you bought one of the "stills," then you'd be entered to win a chance at being in it. Even big-name pros were on board with that! SAG pros, even!
But it's "unprofessional" to speak up?

Callouts are considered unprofessional, and plenty of times yeah they actually are because they're interpersonal issues that should've been solved privately.
But what are we supposed to do when a situation isn't abuse(which I obviously think is OK to take public) but still objectively harmful?
