Today is Trans Day of Remembrance, and I just don't have the emotional resources to go to a vigil or list all the names of all the people we've lost, even just this year. I don't have the resilience to perform tragic resolve or to pretend that I don't want to burn this entire fucking society down...

The government has said it won’t be rushed, and I sincerely hope this means that Ministers will reject any EHRC guidance that further harms trans people.
Parliament should instead make clear in legislation that “single-sex spaces” are to be trans-inclusive.

State of this. Doesn't think Article 8 applies to trans people, clearly.
Cause I wasnt referring to human rights. That's a pretty yes or no discussion. But for private spaces or gender/sex identification for example. These are deeper discussions. Its gonna be a lot harder to navigate. So yes talking with your opposition will play a role when finding a middle ground.

Nuanced take, I see the downside here RE cost (DIY is defs cheaper) but the more avenues for care in the UK + the more people publicly pushing for it, the better IMO. Hope it helps some folks. Based of Jude to put her own money behind it for no profit too, she’s a sweet l’il motherrfuckuerr 🫡
