FOI reveals the EHRC holds zero minutes of meetings with trans-led organisations in the past 5 years.

This is the UK’s 'equality' regulator.

Trans voices are not important enough for the EHRC to keep a record of what was said. This should be a headline in all the papers.

Baroness Falkner took up her tenure as Chair in December 2020, and they’ve stated that they haven’t had a single meeting with any trans-led organisations in the five years prior to the date of your request. Which would be January 2021.

That is not a coincidence.

The EHRC clearly state that minutes should be taken at each meeting.

And their own guidance stresses the importance of keeping accurate minutes

In this week's LGBT+ History Month debate, I asked the government a simple question: when are we getting a ban on conversion practices?

Pleased to hear the government recommit to this but every day of delay leaves more LGBT+ people subjected to this abuse.

A dreadful story, but buried in the middle is: "A tall friend says she gets shouted at all the time", hmm, I wonder what gets shouted at her Guardian and whether you might have anything to do with why people would be picking on and shouting at TALL women in particular 🤔

Cambridge University paid for my private diagnosis because waiting lists were so long and it was impacting my studies. It was rigorous, I had to bring in my childhood school reports. I had way more symptoms than needed for diagnosis. Now, despite this, I can't get medication because of shared care.
