UK gender docs do this thing they call diagnosis when they'd get better patient outcomes if they just sat on their ass and used informed consent.

If you're not drunk and know what day of the week it is and turn up that's all they need to check tbh.

Spain's trans healthcare service, Transit, has a wait time to 1st appt *with treatment* of just 3 weeks.

In contrast the avg wait time for the UK is 25 years without access to medication, for that youd need to wait an avg 8 additional months.

Informed consent *works*.

Vape battery was behaving like it was knackered and the pass through from a USB charge lead plugged into my laptop wasn't working. It turns out to be a slightly dodgy connection with the vape socket. Bring back RS232 leads. All is forgiven.

I have my eye on another website populated by techbros where some dive-by mouths have posted about a dodgy transphobic court case.

They have the technical skills to dismantle it but lack the understanding or attitude to deal with it.

They're discussing a dodgy company and their links to a racist transphobe. Discussion is a mix of people hyperventilating, another being too lazy to read evidence, another dismissing minority concerns.

They have no clue... 🙄

The National Security Strategy 2025 is a curious document not so much for what it contains but for what it omits.

No mention of governance, human rights and equality, healthcare and education, and combating poverty.

It's not up to date based on the latest information.

The ‘Transit’ gender clinic in Spain has a 3 WEEK waiting list! 😳😳😳

It covers a population of 8 million, (equivalent to the population of Scotland & Wales combined, or 1/7th of the population of England) It has a total of 43 staff, a majority of whom are part-time, working 6-7 hours per week!

The state abuse of trans people has been described as a humanitarian catastrophe. There may be a case for a case at the Hague for a crime against humanity and certainly prosecution of those involved including the fraud Hilary Cass. Piers Morgan isn't innocent either if that will stop him smirking.

Pull on the thread of Russian money and it cause a domino effect knocking over Reform and the Tories, the Heritage Foundation, and billionaire's like the Mercer's and Rowling et al, and perhaps even the Labour party. Kier "Security" Starmer seems very shy of this or releasing the Russia report. 🤔

UK govt and media specifically target trans people who have no representation by out trans people in mainstream politics, media, the judiciary, large organisations etc.

Overwhelming majority of trans people avoid the cops.

Hate crime statistics against trans people has been fiddled down.
