The mark of a good show is the ability to take a bold swing and with this episode they knocked it out of the park.
And to me, it's already proved it's a good show so far.

I feel like your Star Trek show can’t do “here’s what happened to Sisko” five episodes into the first season. You have to prove you’re a good show before that.

Dad has been in hospital for 3.5 weeks. I wanted to call something out... something beautiful yet unapplauded.
The nurses attending to him are Polish, Indian, Filipino, Nigerian, Ugandan and Somalian.
Imigrants.
