Always remember when you're lodging your displeasure: The people you talk to are powerless to make changes, they can only pass your concerns up the chain. Don't blame them for what their bosses do.

Agents need these jobs for medical insurance. A lot of them are sympathetic to your concerns. MC global (upper level of corporate, above regional corporate) is hounding bosses to end this and bosses are snapping at workers as a result. Please be kind when you call, they’re getting slammed (2)

Spoke with a source who told me the call volume is so high, a call center for both Mastercard & Visa is bringing out pizza and ice cream so agents don’t quite amid the rush. Long waits are causing dropped calls.

Okay so I'm trying Clair Obscur right now but the parry/dodge mechanics feel REALLY bad. I can't get an intuitive feel for the timings on them because the animations don't seem to matter - it's only when exactly you hit the button, and that just isn't good.
