Yeah that was gonna be my next idea! But i got distracted this test was from 2023 😂 i also wanna try some kind of 3dprinted core of a hand, slide a powermesh glove over it then outside 3dprint mold and try scales that way maybe.

I tried some scales brushed in a 3dprinted mold but found the tear strength is pretty low in this scenario

I did yeah, i also put fleece/felt strips in my urethane rubber tongues too

Its a very soft 20A urethane rubber yeah. I didn't want my tongues made out of silicone like a lot of fursuitmakers do, because it's super sticky and difficult to glue/paint, and latex/creaturecast rubber isnt quite suitable.

the powercore 3 10k (i believe) has an always-on power mode which is amazing for intermittent electronics like blinks to maintain power outside of the time-out period

the fan is angled down (towards the mouth) and also the airflow isnt as strong

nah theyre super super quiet. Noctua fans. You won't notice them at all and they're not pushing air into your eyes that would irritate you
