Can double confirm. ICE vehicles were circling the Chinese immersion school in our neighborhood within the past hour.
Can confirm. My brother's boss had to leave a meeting because they're terrorizing her kid's daycare. This is just what passes for normal now in the cities.
Apparently ICE goons in multi-car caravans are circling Spanish immersion preschools in the city taunting and photographing the parents and neighbors who are patrolling the school perimeter to keep kids safe.

The history of civilian mass detention on the basis of identity without due process or recourse (which is how I defined concentration camps in my history of them) shows that it invariably leads to permanent harm—and typically significant loss of life as well.
