Larry Summers statement in full…. It’s not clear that this actually changes anything about his status at Harvard or OpenAI.

i don’t love the way you’re all talking about the act of sleeping with ran thru older men because of this tho. there’s nothing wrong with a man who carries a large print pill organizer. who requires three separate levels of glasses to look at his phone for five minutes

When you’re trying to replace Schumer but are determined to have someone worse:
As a Nevadan, I couldn't believe it when I read this...

"Several Democrats clued into party dynamics suggested that centrist Sen. Cortez Masto could be a potential challenger to Schatz [for the Senate Democratic Leader position]" puck.news/democrats-tu...
Tick, Tick… Schumer
The embattled Senate minority leader once again faces calls to step down.

the thing about this is that a) small states do not have any interests that are inherent to their size (no less than james madison understood this) b) the senate is organized along party lines which makes the small/big distinction almost irrelevant and c) the filibuster has never been used this way
Underrated aspect of killing the filibuster is making pundit hacks at Cook Political p-p-p-piss their pants
