This is the smartest take I've read about the whole situation.
It is crazy the knots some men will tie themselves into rather than just admit that the feminists were correct and patriarchy is real
For sure man: Larry Summers, Peter Thiel, Ehud Barak, Peter Mandelson, Bill Gates, and basically every other oligarch, power broker and political bigwig in the western power structure were all taken in by a devious Russian plot to enact the precise policy suite they’ve espoused their entire careers.

Alex Pretti "used to tell people off when they made sexist comments to female physicians. He bought me coffee when I had a really bad day as an intern...I laughed alongside him daily. He made a point to teach medical residents without judgement, but with a smile on his face and a joke."

You could get any left handed batsman LBW in Brian Lara Cricket with a grenade length full toss on the Mega Drive.
FIFA 2006, the CPU team couldn't make substitutes, and if you headed the ball at a certain point just outside the goal, it still counted.
There was a PS2 baseball game where left handed players literally couldn't hit a home run. They pressed it, packaged it, sold it. There were no updates back then.

Another photo I know @raxkingisdead.bsky.social will want to see.
i believe the photographer who is taking the photo is Christopher Katsarov of the Canadian Press, and here is his photo

This is true and I was the only one on set excited about it (and playing the song on my phone to blank stares)
Just watched the new Knives Out and I think it's really important you know that the scene in the Seminary's Gym is filmed in the same place Rick Astley filmed the music video for Never Gonna Give You Up.

I saw the window tracery and immediately made my friends pause the film so I could tell them.

Graham Linehan has such little self-awareness he *really* doesn’t understand how totally unhinged he seems in his ‘woe is me’ batshit crazy ranting! 😬

He’s the ‘cautionary tale’ of what obsessive ‘gender critical’ transphobia leads to: no friends, no life, and spaghetti carbonara for one!

Soon my glorious dream of forcing AI versions of @annieknk.bsky.social and Megan Kelly to talk for 20 hours about former wrestler Kelly Kelly can be realised.
The Washington Post is launching a personalized AI podcast, saying users will be able to "shape their own briefing, select their topics, set their lengths, pick their hosts and soon even ask questions using our Ask The Post AI technology."

This is a great read, it's honestly quite astonishing how fragile Musk is, from buying a website to tell him he was funny to this venture. This kind of flailing, wild reaction to perceived criticism/reality seems common among those who seem to have radicalized themselves during COVID especially.
I wrote about all this and how Wikipedia is getting squeezed by the AI industry generally if you’re interested www.nytimes.com/2025/10/27/t...

"Why are young women increasingly left-wing?"

There's been a lot of focus on young men + the right but less on this much bigger political shift amongst young women.

Why is it happening? How could it change politics?

Once again it is Father’s Day, which means it’s time to share the most Dad* thing you did in the last year. As is custom, I will go first:

Watching YouTube videos for small repair jobs around the house has turned into watching YouTube videos for large repair jobs I cannot and should not attempt.
