Ilan also asserts that the touchstone of 4A analysis is reasonableness, not whether there is a warrant. this is misleading. reasonableness generally requires a warrant for house arrests, unless an exception applies. Ilan is effectively suggesting that the Court recognize a new exception.

CBP chief Bovino has confirmed that the officers who executed Alex Pretti in the street yesterday are not only *not on administrative leave,* they have all been reassigned to other jurisdictions and are all on the street today.

Don't know how to emphasize this any more. You are in a war for democracy whether you like it or not. The act of doing nothing — or doing things insufficiently — will lead to the replication of Minneapolis in every major American city.
Authoritarianism doesn’t announce itself. It arrives wrapped in “security,” “order,” and “law enforcement.” Minneapolis is being used as a proving ground. If we don’t stop this now, we may not get another chance.

These are copaganda phrases to make it SOUND like the victim was holding or brandishing the weapon. He was not.
