I am ready to go beyond implication and say after reading the facts here that one of the most recognizable people working in the White House almost certainly had ICE arrest her nephew's mother as a favor to her brother

This is fine as a legal argument in formal terms but some questions you might ask yourself in writing a brief is “what are the odds this is the argument that does it” (essentially zero here) and “what are the odds this argument makes the judge or the public mad at me” (much higher!)

Yesterday in the Comey hearing, prosecutors *repeatedly* confirmed that the full grand jury never saw or voted on the two-count indictment.

This is probably one of my most annoying opinions but I refuse to believe that anyone who writes like they are in a constant state of smelling burnt toast could possibly be "insightful and articulate"
